Ink painting, mark making and gold workshop

The workshop is Ink painting, mark making and gold leaf. It is for beginners and artists interested in developing their visual vocabulary through reserve techniques, mark making and gold leaf detail.

Scratchboard Open Studio, Weekend Workshop
with Rikki Fisher

Rikki Fisher’s arts practice is influenced by her passion for wildlife. In 2014 she was declared a "Master Scratchboard Artist" by the International Society of Scratchboard Artists (ISSA), and is one of only 4 “Masters” in Australia and 15 worldwide.
To share her knowledge and techniques, Rikki will be opening her studio for interested artists to come to one of 2 workshops either as a beginner on the Saturday - a structured workshop to be held at Blue Knob Hall Gallery or her Open Studio on Sunday to view Rikki working on her latest scratchboard.

‘ORIKIRI FELT’ 2 day Workshop
with Sachiko Kotaka
Date: Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th March 2015
Time: 10am – 4pm
Fee: $170 – includes a handout, plus hot drinks (tea and plunger coffee) and nibbles in the class.
This class is for everyone – from beginner to advanced feltmakers or artists, including anyone who may have attended former classes. The technique will work for creating simple to complex pieces.
