“There are things known, and there are things unknown, and in between are the doors of perception”.

Words by Aldous Huxley have inspired a piece of artwork that is now showing in the new exhibition at Blue Knob Hall Gallery & Cafe. The artworks in this show are the artists’ interpretation of a poem, a line or verse from a song, or the artists’ own words.

The powerful presence of Gito von Schlippe’s sculptural works and Paul Roguszka’s fine hand – worked ‘Caldera Cabinet’ contributes to a long tradition in the art world of inspiration drawn from the written word.
This has resulted in a unique visual expression and the wide variety of artwork on show at Blue Knob Hall Gallery will be on view until August 26th
Opening night starts at 6:30pm with a set meal available from the Café for $15 per person, $4 for dessert. Bookings are essential. Ph 66897449
The Gallery is run by local artists who have put together a collection of works to tempt the discerning, those of you who may not have unlimited pockets but know how to enjoy the unique value of an original creation.
